How good are grandparents? and how good is the lost art of knitting?! We now have our Hurricane (Wellington rugby team) homemade (made in NZ) SLIPPERS! Thanks grandma! NZ says "9 days" and Argentina delivers 1 month later. Just sent a letter... yes a normal sized two paged letter and a couply photos back to Nana.. and you tell me how much... hmmm maybe $3 or $4... ha! Think again, I am living in a country where none of the prices make sense - one moment your buying the best meat in the world and lots of it for pretty much pennies and the next... well your paying $28 pesos to send a letter!!
But how good are these comfy numbers?
